Sandra Moenssens is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience in the field.
She is EMDR Certified and the founder of Aquatic Psychotherapy®, an approach that integrates water, the body and the brain, with evidence-based therapies into an experiential therapy.
With a background as a competitive swimmer and a long-standing passion for both the science and experience of healing, Sandra brings a unique perspective to her work. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and designed to meet clients where they are while gently guiding them toward meaningful change.
Sandra is looking forward to training other water-based practitioners in Aquatic water-based healing therapies as well as certifying therapists to become Certified Aquatic Psychotherapists™ (CAP).
